Oh I remember that farm, the drop rate isn't too bad. But the hydras can be annoying.

The drop rate sucks this week. I just killed 100 of them with a party size of 5 (including me), and got 0 claws.

Party as in you and heroes or you and other players? It is possible to solo it, I got 5 in two runs. So it definetely shouldn't be a hard farm despite the hydras seeming menacing.

I don't have an elementalist or ritualist near Perdition rock so all i have is a warrior that i don't think could solo this. Still, 100 hyrda with 0 drops is f**ked.

3 runs:

1st run - 2 claws
2nd run - 1 claw
3rd run - 2 claws

all solo-ed just outside ember camp

I've heard of even warriors running spirit spam for certain Nick farms. Give that a try, if you have the cash for the skills.

Also, probably pure superstition on my part, but to me drop rates usually seem better after Monday has passed.... So maybe don't drive yourself crazy today.

I think the problem was on my computer somewhere. I rebooted it and they started dropping like normal. I went out with a small team of 3 and picked up 1 or 2 per run. Strange.

I ran spirit spam on my warrior and it worked out for me, so it is possible. Just draw the aggro and the first couple of meteor showers, and summon spirits to move your spirits around. Not the most effective build, but it can be done.

(gave me junk again this week, but--)

sometimes I find if I am having a really bad run of luck--taking some time off (even just to get a snack, use the facilities, etc) will help--even if just to make you feel less, agitated about the lack of drops.
